Three separate entry point doors for convenient entry and exit to all spaces. Wheelchair access is available by arrangement.

Starting from 1 hour to hourly blocks, half-days, full days, evenings, weekly and monthly and in some cases for regular time windows longer or fixed terms – just enquire.

Multi-use Space Ground Floor

This space is ideal for classes, conferences, rehearsals, small shows and performances, presentations, displays and the like and available for regular part-time or casual hire. It has a separate toilet and sink.

Red Room Kitchen Ground Floor

Equipped with a camera and TV screen for cooking demonstrations and classes, it can also cater for functions in the Multi-use space, with modern gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwashing and fridge facilities, 2 tables and chairs. It seats up to 18 people. There is a NEW separate powder room with toilet.

Gallery Room First Floor

This space is leased ending at the start of February 2025 – currently UNAVAILABLE.

Purpose – Exclusions

The building is not available for private parties and showers, birthday, engagement and wedding receptions, only for corporate, commercial and business uses and houses up to 50 people standing, 40 seats and 18 in dining table formation approximately.

The Name

La Maison de Maître Building – this name hails from the French for a manor house and has a double entendre being also the house of the Master or Maître as ‘lawyers’ are called/addressed in France … for its founder Michael Bula, International Lawyer and Notary.
